There is a place for you to add a comment in the Checkout where you can provide authority to leave your package. Make sure it is in a dry and secure location. Delivery is according to the DHL schedule, usually within 7 days of the date of your order.

Returns
When trying shoes for the first time, they should be worn on a soft surface to prevent scratches from occurring on their soles, in case of return. Leather is a natural product, on occasion there are imperfections which are beyond the control of the craftsman and Tengo Tango but will not affect the performance of the shoe. We cannot guarantee a good fit for shoes that have not been tried before purchase, it is assumed if you are ordering on-line, that you know your size.
